Office Manager

Brandi Marlow joined Jefferson Insurance Group in 2011 after earning her college degree. It was the perfect fit: She interviewed for the job on a Monday and started that very day!

As the agency’s office manager, Brandi oversees the day-to-day operations at Jefferson Insurance Group. She also services the agency’s life insurance and annuity business clients, in addition to coordinating enrollment, completing applications and implementing plans for group benefit clients.

Brandi has lived in West Jefferson for most of her life. She moved to the area from Virginia Beach, Va., as a child when her father retired from the U.S. Navy. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Appalachian State University. In addition to being a licensed insurance agent, Brandi is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a notary public.

She is both fascinated and inspired by her clients’ stories, and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the members of her community. Outside of the office, Brandi enjoys reading, hiking and spending time on the river.
